Change of Mind

Please choose products carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, finding the product cheaper or incorrect selection. We encourage customers to choose carefully and offer assistance in making choices. Please contact us via email or phone (see contact us page) with any questions you have about products.

Faulty Products

If a product appears faulty contact us for assistance. We may need to return the product to a distributor or manufacturer for assessment. Faulty products will be refunded or exchanged. Where a product is deemed not faulty by us, a distributor or manufacturer a refund or exchange may not be provided. Products that are mis-treated, worn or no longer under manufactures warranty cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Incorrect Shipping

Where a product is shipped incorrectly contact us to organise a replacement. We will organise for the incorrect product to be returned to us. Where we are at fault we will pay for any shipping charges.
